An English Grown Penelope Potted UK Rose Produces pretty semi-double Pale Creamy Pink Blooms in rich abundance. The blooms are cupped at first, then open out flat to reveal their yellow Stamens. The flowers are well Scented and are produced from the summer until Autumn. A good neat habit in growth so makes this a small specimen shrub rose, with healthy dark green foliage. Can also be grown as a small climber. Grows to about 5ft tall
