Hanky Panky is a compact Floribunda/shrub rose, which produces masses of open, semi double orange flowers with white and cream streaks and a central mass of golden yellow stamens. Dark green matt foliage on this healthy disease resistant plant. Has a slight fragrance.  Being a relatively small plant it is perfect for growing towards the front of a mixed herbaceous border or will look great in a pot or container.  Grows to approx 2- 2.5ft
